Even though my name is Ye Gaung, I always address my students as "Teacher Dave." I teach science and have two master's degrees: one from Yangon University in 2018 for Physics and another from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in Russia in 2022 for Applied Mathematics and Physics. I work as a science teacher and am known for my optimistic and positive approach even in challenging situations. I inspire and provide support to those around me while also incorporating scientific experiments into my teaching. Even though I only worked for a year at Brainworks TOTAL Taunggyi International School, I think I am qualified to teach at the mid-and senior-level. I take the lead and am a quick learner at work. What's the matter? Although it is difficult, I believe I can succeed. Nearly a year was spent working at the Stardom School of Yangon. As Stardom School's Head of Science and STEAM, I resigned. I recently worked on developing science curricula that would meet the needs of the entire school. I work for another international school (AMI) now that I left Stardom School of Yangon, which I will discuss later. AMI International School hired me to teach science, mathematics, and physics. However, in order to meet the needs of the school, I took on a temporary teaching position in mathematics. After teaching mathematics for one academic year, I attempted to transition to STEAM teaching (currently focusing on Physics (IGCSE O level) and Science.
